-lmapserver instead of -lmap

All,

This is a notice to let you know that I have changed the name of the  
library our compilation process generates on unix from -lmap to - 
lmapserver <http://trac.osgeo.org/mapserver/changeset/6196> and  
updated all of the MapScript targets that I found utilizing -lmap.  I  
have not changed it on Windows yet, and I have not attempted to  
rename the header files at this time.
