Incubation provenance IRC meeting...

Hi folks: I'd really like to get out of incubation. Our primary hurdle is the provenance review that has been proceeding with various sets of eyes of and on for quite some time. I'd like to get an IRC meeting together to:

  1) create a common understanding of what exactly we need to do for each source file

  2) appoint a "provenance review" coordinator (a great job for a non-coder!)
