AGG support

Hi There,

  WSM right now only advertise gd and gdal based drivers. See bug 455 
(http://mapserver.gis.umn.edu/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=455) for details on 
this bug.  With the introduction of the AGG, we will revive this bug 
before the next release.
