MSVCR80.DLL

I have compile MapServer on windows version 4.10
 
What ever I'm doing I have problems when moving the code to an other computer. While using Dependency Walker on libmap.dll it reports that MSVCR80.dll and MSVCP80.dll are missing. I thougth those should be installed with DotNet 2.0. Must the dll-s be included at the runtime dir?
 
I tries the shp2img.exe but it also fails.
