Thanks for testing Bart.

I have prepared the source for the release and created a 'svn copy' 
(equivalent of CVS tag) for the release in 
https://svn.osgeo.org/mapserver/tags/rel-4-10-2/mapserver/

Steve, can you please package the release and post it to the new 
download area when you have a chance?
