Subversion cleanup

Folks,

Now that we have the ability to ruthlessly delete directories in  
subversion, I propose to delete the following:

./tags/start
./tags/styleObj
./branches/MapServer/
./branches/UMN/
./branches/br_ows_context_ie/
./branches/rel-3-5-0/
./branches/rel-3-5-php411/
./branches/rel-3-6-0/
./branches/rel-3-6-0-beta1/
./branches/umn/
./branches/unlabeled-1.69.4/

Any objections?
