[mapserver-dev] phpmapscript and MSVC 8 (2005) Express

I've successfully used the buildkit with MSVC 8 Express (after  
rebuilding certain libraries like libecw, gdal, xerces, libtiff)...but  
I'm stuck on phpmapscript.  I'm hitting a known issue with php and  
this compiler version (http://bugs.php.net/bug.php?id=39130)...has  
anyone else been down this same road that can give advice?
