[mapserver-dev] Google Summer of Code 2008

There was some discussion on this topic about a week ago. I created a new version of an idea
page on the OSGeo Wiki here:

It's a straight copy of the 2007 page and I'll try to clean it up to reflect the most recent discussion
later today.
