Bart,

I made a quick WFS GetCapabilities test with the current trunk version 
and the output is not truncated, so it's either an intermittent problem 
or related to your specific mapfile/data.

Has anyone been able to reproduce this yet? Could you please file a 
ticket with a mapfile to reproduce?
