How'bout changing all occurences of 'bug' to ticket, and using an 
uppercase 'T' in Trac?

Also, it may be a good idea to include a note in the header stating that 
this RFC obsoletes RFC-7... and a similar note added to the header of 
RFC-7 saying that it was superceded by RFC-7.1

Otherwise the new version looks great to me.
