I move to provide Jeff with SVN commit access to the MapServer  
repository so he can work with the documentation effort.

I'm +1 on this pending his acceptance of the commit guidelines  
described in:

  http://mapserver.gis.umn.edu/development/rfc/ms-rfc-7/
