[mapserver-dev] Feedback required: plans for Downloadable Users Manual

Hey Jeff,

Looks good!  Will you be mentioning client software (ka-map!, 
OpenLayers, GeoMoose, PMapper, etc.) and map file management software 
(MapStorer, any others)? Perhaps you can mention these things as part of 
Building MapServer Application--by the way, you can build your own 
custom interface or you can use one of these clients.  I like what you 
have otherwise.
