Venkat,

I'm pretty sure that ReferenceImg.ToString(); won't return the content
of the image. Instead you might want to create a separate aspx/ashx
and use Response.BinaryWrite to return the contents of the image and
assign the URL of this page to  imgOver.ImageUrl. Alternatively you
could save the image as a file at the server and use the URL to this
file in imgOver.ImageUrl.
