[mapserver-dev] Mapserver build for win32 including Changeset 7851

Hi everyone,

I need a win32 build of Mapserver including Changeset 7851. This is really a
serious change because without it, it s not possible to use mapserver wms
service on ArcGIS, MapInfo and GeoMedia.

Is there anyone having the build specified above?
