[mapserver-dev] RFC 54: Mapserver Rendering API

Thomas,

  I'm going to compile the sandbox/graphics code on Windows XP using Visual Studio .NET 2003.  I expect there will be a few changes necessary to get it to compile.  How do you want to handle the changes?  Should I send them to you?
