Just wanted to run a small change by folks. A user beat his head against the wall a bit this week
when he defined a projection for a copyright statement with inline features given in pixels. Technically
it's a user configuration error. However, it's easy enough to only try to project if layer->transform is
true (which is the default). (See ticket #3096) Would that cause any problems? Wouldn't think so...
