Hi,

I'd like to see WMS 1.3.0 compliance bugs (CRS, EXCEPTIONS...) fixed. I
would be pleased to give a hand, as they don't look so difficult to
solve, but I'm a C lame. If anyone can tutor me, I can probably put my
hands in C code and solve this kind of stuff.

Best regards

Guillaume
