Hi all: In re-writing msLayerWhichItems() I'm using msLayerGetItems() to get a list of
items to work from (optionally keeping 'em all). Before I get too far I wanted to make
sure that function works well for all the drivers. We've used it all along with queries but
now it's impacting drawing as well (called once per layer)...
