Jamie,

Steve Lime <Steve.Lime at dnr.state.mn.us>, as the lead of the project, has 
been the de-facto contact for security issues in the past, so I'd 
suggest that you send the details to him, and he will coordinate the 
resolution of the issues with the other developers.
