[mapserver-dev] msautotest-wxs: SOS server error. VERSION 1.1.0 notsupported

Tamas: this is the result of msautotest/wxs/expected/sos_se3.xml.  The test is meant to test for clients passing invalid versions.

I get the following error with the SOS related tests on Windows:

1.1.0 not supported.  Supported versions are: 1.0.0.
