[mapserver-dev] Release of 5.2.2

Hi PSC,

I'd like to propose that we release MapServer 5.2.2 now (or in the next 
2 days) with what's currently in the 5.2 branch of SVN. There are a few 
good fixes that I'm sure our users would like to have access to without 
upgrading to 5.4, see list below. This would be the last 5.2.x release 
since we're about to release 5.4.
