Good morning,

I am trying to find a developer(s) who will be able to help us to
develop an additional functionality in Mapserver. We may have the fund
to assist in the development of the functionality.

What we are after is to incorporate dynamic Creative Common rule to the
WMS layer. This will be like a watermark to the rendered WMS map however
since each of the layer may have a different CC ruling, then the
"watermark" shown may change from time to time depending on the WMS
layers rendered.

Please let me know if anyone is willing to do this functionality. As I
mentioned before we may have the fund for this development.
