[mapserver-dev] WMS Performance Shootout presentation/results

Lot's of folks did. I don't believe there were even preliminary tests results for ArcServer. I don't
know if folks from the different projects had access to test numbers for the other projects or
not. At least ESRI gave it a shot. MapServer and GeoServer had a leg up simply because they
had been through this before.
