[mapserver-dev] strange behavior when size != gif size (UMN 5.4.2)

um, so this is apparently a bug in MS4W?

Steve: yes MS4W contains 'SUPPORTS=RGBA_PNG'.

Anyone have any idea on what could be the problem?
