[mapserver-dev] 5.6.0-beta1 build error for Python mapscript

Hi devs,

I'm trying to package 5.6.0-beta1 on MSVC 2008 (php, java, c# mapscripts 
build fine) but the Python mapscript compile throws errors (below), can 
anyone see what this is caused by?

installing to build\bdist.win32\dumb
