[mapserver-dev] ms rfc-58:kml integration

Hi All,

I would like to put forward the RFC 58 
(http://mapserver.org/development/rfc/ms-rfc-58.html) that deals with 
the integration of kml output for MapServer.
The work was done last summer by David Kana through the google SOC 
initiative. I beleive the work is in decent shape but there are things 
to be completed and updated.
The current work was done in a separate sandbox and I would like to move 
the code to the main svn trunk. It would be easier for development and 
contributions. 
My intention is to update and complete  the RFC as we go.
