[mapserver-dev] Mapserver 5.6 PHP-MapscriptCrash (processquerytemplate)

I'm mostly sure that the processquerytemplate and processtemplate are broken. 
I remember that I couldn't get them to work with 5.6 when I was testing the 
php refactoring things.
