[mapserver-dev] Need a new feature freeze date for 6.0...

Well, the mid-Nov. date has come and gone. I dragged my feet on RFC 64, sorry. With that one in and only a few small RFCs/enhancements still outstanding (e.g. RFC 65, native tiling?) it seems we could set another date and try to move things forward for a 6.0 release. I'd like to propose Jan 1st... Thoughts?
