I'm not sure we should be putting cgi mapserver on direct access like
that on the front page, as that mapfile is optimized for rendering
quality and will put a serious load on the server.
I'd highly recommend putting a tilecache in front of it. If we're
feeling adventurous, I can assist in setting up mod-geocache.
