Folks,

Today I did some preliminary support for rendering rasters via the
plugable rendering api.  I plan to do more work on Tuesday, and lots of
testing.  But let me know if I have broken anything that was working.

Some very simple raster rendering cases do seem to work now for pluggable
renderers such as "AGG2".
