Thanks for your hard work everyone, I didn't notice much, if any, loss in service! Steve

Subject: [mapserver-dev] mapserver.org moved

Earlier today several of us (Lars, Howard, myself) moved the
mapserver.org files onto a stable server, the "Projects" VM, that is
part of OSGeo's new machines from Open Source Labs (you can read about
the different OSGeo servers at
http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/SAC_Service_Status).

The DNS has been pointed to that instance (http://www3.mapserver.org/).

Also a lot of thanks must go to MapGears for hosting the site during
this switchover (and setting it up so fast during the incident last
week). Thanks Daniel and Alan.

There's still some work to do (the OpenLayers map is commented out as it
points to the old OSGeo blades, and we need to setup a way for us to
view trunk docs for our own tests, plus make sure auto re-builds are
configured) but it's great progress.

(oh and try the search tool, it works again!)

-jeff
