[mapserver-dev] MapServer Legend-Bug (#2983)

Hello MS-devs,

we ran into the issue described in [1] with the current MS 5.7dev from
current win32-fwtools (on win32 though).

comment3 provides out mapfile which fails to draw a legened (more
precise: the image is empty), only the class label is visible in the
legend.

Could you please have a look into this issue?

Perhaps it is a solution to bump the line-width to 1 when it goes below
1?

PS: we have not reopend the bug yet, because we were not sure about it.
