[mapserver-dev] Removing features from MapServer 6.0

[Lime, Steve D (DNR)]

Any thoughts on removing cruft as part of 6.0 development? I was thinking at a minimum of removing:

  - MyGIS support
  - Cartosymbols
  - Imagemap output driver
  - Eppl7 raster driver

Those are all old and generally unsupported. Others?
