[mapserver-dev] Removing features from MapServer 6.0

1) For image maps I've always used templates and a [shpxy ...] tag. It's pretty flexible.

2) I think Frank has already performed the necessary surgery and all those internal drivers are gone (and GDAL is required for 6.0), so that's done.

+1, yeah, I think this could go.

+1, I think we have replaced most if not all of this with the agg render
if there is any major missing overlap with agg, than we might want to
write bugs against agg render

-0, is there a replacement for this functionality? If so, then I'm +1,
but I think this is otherwise useful functionality. I know a bunch of
people that use this to generate a large static image with imagemap that
they put on web pages that do not have mapserver running on them.

+1, as I have never used it and I think it is fully supported via gdal

What about native geotiff support? this is deprecated and unsupported
and the last I used it something broke and I was told to compile in gdal.
