[mapserver-dev] MS RFC 61: Enhance MapServer Feature Style Support

At the conference, I talked with Frank about implementing an OGR output type
from a WFS call (output any available, appropriate OGR Vector type). This
would probably be useful to that effort as well. For those drivers that
support it, you¹d get stylized output.
