[mapserver-dev] Summer of Code Ideas

Cool. One thing that I was thinking of recently was a layer plug-in for AcidMaps (https://github.com/XoomCode/AcidMaps). I've not investigated the library in detail but my understanding is that it takes points and settings to produce a raster which seems a reasonable match w/MapServer. It would be a pretty isolated bit of development with very tangible results (i.e. pretty maps).

Can't pass up talent and motivation...

Steve

Subject: [mapserver-dev] Summer of Code Ideas

Hey Folks,

I have a talented and motivated former student of mine looking to do some Summer
of Code work. I'm entirely willing to take on the administrative overhead of
being his Mentor.

Anyone have a pet RFC they'd like targeted?
