[mapserver-dev] Proposal for new MapScript function

Hi Devs,

we propose to add a MapScript function to support adding multiple
parameters with the same key which is currently only possible with using
CGI. Please see Ticket 3973 [1] for more details.

Could anybody help out with testing the PHP part of the patch [2]?

Given that there are no objections and that the PHP part was verified
successfully I'll go ahead and commit the patch.
