[mapserver-dev] Fate of MyGIS support in 6.0

Thank you. The join code is in mapjoin.c. I looked quickly and the join code looks to be pretty self-contained. It does rely on USE_MYGIS variable which should be pulled. I guess I'd just recommend using a USE_MYSQL configure flag instead.
