Steve, and all,

The FOSS4G 2011 call for papers is now open:

In the last couple of years, Jeff and I have been coordinating the 
"MapServer Project Status Report" presentation at FOSS4G where we also 
invite all other devs present to participate. This year, since FOSS4G is 
back in the US, you (Steve) will likely be present, and it would make 
sense for you to lead this presentation if you are interested.

Jeff and I can help with the abstract and presentation based on stuff 
from the previous years if you want... please let us know what you think.
