[mapserver-dev] Motion: Adopt 6.0 release plan and enter release mode

Hi Daniel,

+1 to the plan, which looks fine for me (got some extra days to finish
testing with RFC 68 and 69).

Besides RFC 68 and RFC 69, I wanted to add support for the single pass
option in mssql2008 which would require some fairly trivial changes and not
sure if that's to be considered as a new feature at all. I also have some
problems with the query handling in the OGR driver (which doesn't seem to
follow the changes related to RFC-65) but it could also be handled by this
time. Not sure if Steve will be able to implement the layer level geometry
transformation option, what he was planning to do.

Best regards,

Tamas
