Hi all: These tests are all failing with an error seen on the last day of the sprint:

  msReturnPage(): Web application error. Malformed template name (void).

The tests all use the GIF output format since GD should produce more stable images with no anti-aliasing. Anyway, the QUERYFORMAT parameter is used to set the output format to use with query results. I'm guessing the error is happening because the default GIF format is not defined. Any idea how to fix?
