[mapserver-dev] MapServer 6.0.0-beta4 day...

Hi Devs,

This is a reminder that tomorrow (or today for some of you) Wednesday 
March 30 is beta4 day. I will try to package the beta at the end of the 
day as usual.

I still see lots of activity and a good number of pending issues, so 
something tells me that this won't be the last beta yet contrary to what 
we had planned.
