[mapserver-dev] WFS 1.1 axis order

Hello,

It seems I have an issue with "WFS 1.1 axis order". If I try with a mapfile 
(let's call it mapfile1) this command line:
host?version=1.1.0&SERVICE=WFS&REQUEST=GetFeature&BBOX=-65,-33,59,63&TYPENAME=layername
host?version=1.0.0&SERVICE=WFS&REQUEST=GetFeature&BBOX=-65,-33,59,63&TYPENAME=layername

I get two gml files with x,y coordinates fliped (hope this is the good word). 
For 1.0.0 I get lat,lon for 1.1.0 I get y,x.

If I try with anoter mapfile (let's call it mapfile2 with different layer) I 
don't get this behaviour. 

I read the migration guide carefully but I don't find any idea the difference 
between this two mapfile.
