[mapserver-dev] Regarding the build problems with 5-4 and 5-6 branches...

Hi Devs,

Just fixed the build issue with mapserver 5-4 and 5-6 due to a missing
strlcpy definition. Could someone check whether the linux/osx builds should
also be tweaked or not?
We could probably close bug
4008<http://trac.osgeo.org/mapserver/ticket/4008>if mapserver 5-4 and
5-6 compiles on all platforms.
