[mapserver-dev] svn update error

Hi all,

I just did an svn update and got the following:

woodbri at mappy:/u/software/mapserver-svn$ svn update

Fetching external item into 'docs/en/MIGRATION_GUIDE.txt'
svn: URL 
'https://svn.osgeo.org/mapserver/trunk/mapserver/MIGRATION_GUIDE.txt' 
refers to a file, not a directory


Any thoughts?
Do others get this, or is this just me?
