  There is a tinyows (1.0 rc3) version in MS4W. The windows make files 
are part of the tinyows project. When tinyows moves in the MapServer 
Suite code repository, we will adapt the make file if needed to reflect 
the new code structure. Until then we should continue to have tinyows as 
a adds-on in MS4W.
