[mapserver-dev] 6.2 Feature Freeze

Agree with keeping things in the driver if possible. How about adding a layer API function for supporting paging? Seems like a driver will support feature limits and paging and not one or the other.

The patch is not ready at all... doing things like that will result in a
big performance lost for database source. This is an issue that has to
be worked. Will try to jump in it...
