[mapserver-dev] Problem when compiling 6.2.0 beta 2 for RPM

I've started from the Fedora RPM. Looking at the links, the patches git 
applied. Indeed, I think that this change

-  $(LTINSTALL) $(INSTALL) _mapscript.la $(PYLIBDIR)
-  $(INSTALL) -c mapscript.py $(PYLIBDIR)
+  $(LTINSTALL) $(INSTALL) _mapscript.la $(DESTDIR)$(PYLIBDIR)
+  $(INSTALL) -c mapscript.py $(DESTDIR)$(PYLIBDIR)

leads to the situation, that the target of install is not a subdir of 
$(PYLIBDIR), but of $(DESTDIR)$(PYLIBDIR) and causes the above mentioned 
message.
