Hi Thomas,

thanks for this. Should we create a directory for each distro and put 
the distro and put the SPEC file in there?
Something like:

/packaging/opensuse
/packaging/opensuse/mapserver.spec
/packaging/el
/packaging/el/mapserver.spec
?
