[mapserver-dev] the state of msautotest

Thanks Stephen and Thomas for this great work.  I also wonder if it is a
good time to update the msautotest doc
(http://www.mapserver.org/development/tests/autotest.html).  Would
either of you be willing to do so?

To be honest I don't understand the Travis-CI system (I think I loaded a
web page you pointed to but it made zero sense to me ha); so I think an
updated document is needed.
